The Boarder and I thought there may have been a nearby house fire during the night, but
apparently not. It is very good those winds did not shift before the
long races yesterday morning. Congratulations to all Race Weekend runners, and many thanks to the volunteers who make it all possible!
Other than the smell of smoke, The Boarder is pleased to report that there is an air of normality around 123 these days.
I haven't yet mentioned the Flowers Sea Swim to him! In the meantime, here's to normality!

That was a neat article on the marathoner, leaving it all and trusting his talent and passion. I loved it that he won and can take home a little money.
I hope you're not bothered by the smoke!
